Record verification

Check the agreed and delivered versions, the record signature and integrity, and any available confirmation or status evidence.

  1. Check the agreement, delivery and confirmations.Check the agreement and delivery versions, and who recorded each confirmation.
  2. Check the signature and record integrity.Use the verification package and issuer keys confirmed through a trusted channel. Offline checks stay on your device and do not fetch current status.
  3. Check for later changes or concerns.Check the available evidence of later concerns or status changes. Missing or expired current-status evidence means the current status is unknown.

Platform signatures identify the recorder, not each participant’s personal signature. Verification does not certify delivery quality, identity, company authority or legal enforceability.

Technical verification guide

File fingerprints help match original versions; they do not establish file quality, completeness, or availability.

A key downloaded from this service is an operator-published key, not independent identity verification. Establish which issuer keys you trust.

Published operator and document configuration

Signing and company authority

A buyer’s designation of a supplier contact is not an independent mandate from the supplier’s company. Historical authority and current authority remain separate.

Company authority verification guide

A delivery record does not authorize payment, transfer project funds, or automatically settle a dispute. Software service fees are separate.

Data and access

What the platform stores
Agreement text, criteria, material references and fingerprints, participant details, decisions, and necessary account, billing, and support records. Project text can contain confidential information.
Keep your original delivery files
For custom deliveries, files are fingerprinted in your browser. Keep the originals in storage agreed by both parties. An external file link has its own permissions.
Who can access project content
Project access follows account, workspace, role, and invitation permissions. Project text is not end-to-end encrypted. The service can read stored text; staff and providers may access it as needed for authorized operations, support, security, and legal handling.
Data retention and deletion
Archiving a project or expiring a link does not delete its history. Signed histories have no automatic deletion period in the current product; requests need operator review. Other parties’ copies and existing backups are handled separately.
Sharing and agent access

People and sharing

Recipient-bound sharing is the default. Broader links require an explicit choice and must follow the agreed sharing restrictions. Revocation stops link access, not copies already downloaded. Email verification proves mailbox access, not independent company identity or authority.

Agents and delegation

Credentials have exact project scope, expiry, and explicit actions. A human can pause agent writes or revoke access. Signing out of a browser does not revoke agent credentials.

Review delegation controls

Do not put passwords, access tokens, private invitation links, or unnecessary sensitive personal data in project text or support messages.

Service status and recovery

Current connection status

Not checked in this browser

Run a current check of the service endpoint and database readability.

No check completed.

Only the current connection is checked; this does not verify the full workflow.

What this check covers

This point-in-time check is not an uptime history, SLA, email delivery test, or end-to-end business workflow test. Network or browser failures can also prevent a check.

Backup and recovery arrangements

Backup transfer and restore checks have been recorded. Independent recovery acceptance is not complete.

Keep your own exported records, trusted issuer keys, and original files. Do not use Prooftask as your only archive.

Disclosure updated

Published tools and policies are not independent audit or compliance certification. Request the available supporting materials and confirm any additional security requirements before a sensitive project.

Service responsibilities

Our service scope

We provide the agreed record service with reasonable care and skill, including recording, access control, export, and support within the applicable service scope.

The parties’ decisions

Buyers and suppliers make the delivery promises, review decisions, authorization choices and permitted disclosures in their agreement. The service boundary does not replace those agreed terms.

This overview does not replace the current service terms, a separately agreed service order, or your buyer–supplier contract.
