How do I get and use the free credits?
Available once per organization, for its lifetime. Create your organization billing account to see the free credits. No card is required.
Use your free Result Credits first; buy more when needed.
When do I pay for Signed Delivery, and will credits be charged twice?
Review the fixed quote and pay before signing starts. The quote explains which service stages can be refunded if you cancel.
The signed quote includes the Result Record or uses one eligible existing Result Credit. The same record is not charged twice.
The quote fixes the full price, included signing scope, credit treatment, cancellation rules, execution period and retention before purchase.
Routine discussion, correction requests and evidence requests stay in the project without repeated external signing or process charges.
How do cancellations and refunds work?
A completely unused credit pack can be requested for refund within 30 days of payment. Signed service refunds follow the stages and cancellation rules in your agreed quote.
Rejection and cancellation remain in the history. Authorized parties can keep the existing records and signed materials; they are not presented as accepted results.
