Operator and scope\nProoftask is operated by Human Judgment Technology Services Limited, Hong Kong, identification number 78126414 (\"we\", \"us\"). Contact address: RM11，13/F,Blk C,Wong King Ind. Bld.，192-198 Choi Hung Rd, San Po Kong, Kow loon. Hong Kong. Service and data enquiries: support@prooftask.com.\n\nThese terms govern our business delivery-record service. They apply to you, and to an organization only to the extent you are authorized to bind it, when you expressly confirm the displayed version in a project operation or agree to it in a separate written service order. Visiting the website, receiving an invitation, verifying an email or remaining silent does not by itself confirm these terms, accept a delivery or incur a fee. If you cannot agree or lack authority, stop before confirmation and contact us or your organization. These terms are intended for business use and do not remove any mandatory rights that apply to you.\n\n2. What the service provides\nProoftask helps buyers and suppliers agree delivery criteria, identify submitted material versions, record reviews and attributable decisions, and export signed records. Custom delivery acceptance records the buyer's assessment. An optional technical-verification workflow checks only its specified rules and evidence under the agreed policy. Neither a record nor a passed technical check establishes every external fact or the quality of all work.\n\nWe are not a party to your underlying purchase or delivery contract. Prooftask does not hold transaction funds, execute settlement, independently certify company authority, give legal advice, or adjudicate disputes. The operator's record signature supports identification of the recorder and checking record integrity; it is not a signature made with each participant's personal private key. We do not represent it as a government-recognized certificate or guarantee admissibility, legal enforceability or payment.\n\n3. Your project agreement and authority\nYour underlying contract governs the buyer-supplier relationship. A project may refer to an existing contract or record standalone delivery terms. Resolve inconsistencies explicitly with the other party; entering a reference, changing a status or using this platform does not automatically amend an external contract, transfer intellectual property, release claims or discharge obligations. A written service order with us prevails over these terms only for the provisions it expressly varies; it does not amend the other party's contract.\n\nProvide accurate party, role, authority and project details. Verify that each person or agent can perform the proposed action. Email verification establishes access to a mailbox, not independent verification of a legal entity or representative authority. Keep credentials and private invitation links confidential, revoke access you no longer need, and report suspected misuse promptly. Agent access must have explicit scope and expiry. Signing out of a browser does not revoke an agent credential. A pause or revocation stops later authorized operations; it does not erase earlier recorded actions or automatically determine their legal effect.\n\n4. Agreement, submission and acceptance\nBoth parties must expressly accept the same delivery terms before the agreed workflow proceeds. Material changes require a new agreed version. Submission identifies materials and requests review; it does not establish completion. The buyer must review the exact submission and each criterion, then confirm completion, request changes or further evidence, or reject with reasons. Silence, a deadline passing, delivery of an email and a successful job do not constitute buyer acceptance.\n\nAn explicit confirmation may be significant under your underlying contract. Review the separate Acceptance Notice and the exact operation explanation before confirming. Prooftask does not add an automatic waiver, payment release or dispute resolution. Later concerns and decisions are recorded separately, preserving their relationship to the earlier decision. Any payment review remains subject to the record's historical eligibility, current status, appropriate authority and the buyer's own financial process.\n\n5. Materials, permissions and confidentiality\nYou retain your rights in your materials. You authorize us to store, process, sign, display and export the information you supply only as needed to operate the requested service, implement permitted sharing, protect its security, and meet applicable legal obligations. This is not a transfer of ownership or a right for us to publicize your project.\n\nSupply only information you have authority to use and disclose. Do not submit unlawful content, others' confidential information without permission, access credentials, or unnecessary sensitive personal data. Do not fabricate evidence, impersonate a representative, bypass access controls or misrepresent what a receipt proves.\n\nFor custom deliveries, file contents are fingerprinted on your device and remain in the storage agreed by the parties. A fingerprint does not deliver, preserve or assess the original file. Keep originals, access permissions and retention arrangements separately. Technical integrations may process the evidence expressly configured for that workflow; review that scope before connecting a source.\n\nFollow the project's agreed sharing restrictions. Authorized recipients can retain copies, and a person with a downloaded copy may retain it after a platform link is revoked. A public link or external file URL can have its own access consequences. Revocation does not recall existing copies. The service can process stored project text and is not end-to-end encrypted between the parties. Our staff and providers may access data as needed for authorized service operations, support, security and legal handling; signatures protect integrity rather than secrecy.\n\n6. Personal information and records\nThe Privacy and saved records notice at https://prooftask.com/privacy explains data categories, purposes, recipients, local browser storage and request handling. We use account and contact data for access and messages; project data for the agreed workflow and records; and necessary operational data for security, reliability and support. Optional private observations are used for the service's delivery insights. Data may be processed by hosting and email providers and disclosed to authorized project recipients or as required by law. Discuss location, confidentiality or regulated-data requirements with us before using the service for such a project.\n\nWe retain personal information only for legitimate service purposes and applicable legal needs, and handle correction, restriction and deletion requests on their facts. Signed history has no automatic deletion period in the current product; that technical limitation is not permission to retain personal information indefinitely. Necessary handling is operator-assisted and must consider the rights of other participants and relevant preservation requirements. Account closure, project archiving and link expiry do not automatically erase shared histories, independently held copies or backups. Submit access or correction requests and other data enquiries through /data-requests or the contact above. A request or a signed history does not by itself settle whether particular data must be retained or erased. Confirmation of a delivery is not blanket consent to unrelated data processing or marketing.\n\n7. Fees and support\nAny fee or free-trial arrangement, currency, scope, term and cancellation or refund conditions must be agreed with you in writing before the chargeable service begins. No price, subscription, automatic renewal, transaction commission or general free-service promise is created by this page. Signing in, asking for help or recording a payment-review next step does not authorize a charge or payment transfer. We will not impose a later price on already agreed free use. Mandatory refund or other rights remain unaffected. Support is available through the contact above within the scope agreed for your trial or service order; no round-the-clock support or response-time guarantee is implied.\n\n8. Availability, retention and ending use\nWe will exercise reasonable care and skill in providing the service. The current service is a pilot; uninterrupted availability, permanent archiving and zero data loss are not promised. Independently stored backup and external restoration acceptance have not been completed for the current deployment. Keep your own exported records, trusted public keys and originals; do not use Prooftask as your sole archive. This instruction does not exclude our applicable security or data-protection obligations.\n\nYou may stop using the service and request account closure. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address security threats, unlawful use, material breach or legal requirements. Where feasible and lawful, we will explain the restriction and allow an appropriate remedy or export route. We will give reasonable advance notice of planned discontinuation and an opportunity to export where feasible. Urgent security or legal restrictions may require immediate action. Ending access does not automatically cancel your buyer-supplier contract, undo a decision, erase legitimate shared records or remove accrued rights.\n\n9. Commitments and remedies\nEach party remains bound under applicable law by its own acts and obligations. We remain bound by our obligations in providing the service; customers remain bound by their contractual promises, review judgments, permitted disclosures and authorized use. Describing the service's scope does not excuse a breach of our obligations. We do not exclude or restrict liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted. These initial terms introduce no fixed liability cap, automatic customer indemnity or waiver of mandatory rights. Any separately proposed commercial allocation requires express agreement and remains subject to applicable law.\n\n10. Versions, disputes and applicable law\nEach confirmed operation retains the exact texts and versions presented for it. Later published terms apply prospectively when expressly agreed; they do not change earlier confirmations. If you decline a new version, do not make an operation that requires accepting it and contact us about continued access or export. A signed record preserves the evidence of an action; it does not make every recorded assertion legally or factually correct.\n\nFor a dispute about our service, contact us with the relevant reference and requested remedy. This does not postpone any legal deadline or restrict urgent relief or regulatory complaints. Hong Kong law governs these service terms, and Hong Kong courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory laws and rights applicable to you. This choice concerns your relationship with us and does not select the law or forum for the buyer-supplier contract. If a provision cannot lawfully apply, the remaining provisions continue to the extent possible without removing mandatory protections.","digest":"877034f596eaa97b54520b3192455f8785f09c2fc929f7f7e8694404296ed951"},"acceptanceNotice":{"reference":"urn:prooftask:acceptance-notice:hk:78126414","version":"2026-09-17.2","text":"PROOFTASK ACCEPTANCE NOTICE\nVersion 2026-09-17.2 | Publication date: 17 September 2026 (Hong Kong time)\n\nRead this notice with the exact project terms, submitted materials, operation explanation and Service Terms displayed before you confirm. It explains the action being recorded; it does not replace your contract or determine its legal consequences.\n\n1. Check who is acting and what is being agreed\nConfirm the named party, your role and your authority for this particular action. An email-verified account may still have self-declared organizational authority. If an agent acts, check its separate permissions, selected project version and authorizer. Permission to read or submit work is not permission to confirm completion. Do not act beyond your authority.\n\nBefore agreeing delivery terms, check the exact scope, exclusions, criteria, starting point, required materials, delivery and review dates, original-file custody, sharing restrictions and any existing-contract reference. Both parties must accept the same version. Agreement to the project terms is separate from accepting the eventual delivery. Request a revision before confirming if something is unclear or wrong.\n\n2. Submission is not acceptance\nA supplier's submission states what was delivered and links it to the criteria. Materials, file fingerprints and technical results are evidence for review, not automatic proof that all work is correct or complete. The buyer must make a separate explicit decision. Sending, receiving or opening an email, passing a deadline, or completing a technical job does not accept a delivery.\n\n3. Review the exact delivered version\nBefore confirming completion, open the agreed original materials, check that the versions match the submitted file fingerprints where required, and review every applicable criterion. A matching fingerprint identifies bytes; it does not establish quality, ownership, safety or contractual compliance. If originals are inaccessible, versions differ, criteria are unmet, or you lack authority, use the available request-for-evidence, correction, rejection or date-revision path instead of confirming completion. State the reason and what is needed next.\n\nTechnical-verification results cover only the specified sources, rules, time windows and evidence assumptions. A successful result does not certify unrelated work, cure missing authority or make every source independent. Review the displayed limitations and any required buyer judgment.\n\n4. What explicit confirmation records\nConfirming completion records that the named buyer representative, or an explicitly authorized agent on that representative's behalf, accepted the identified submission against the specified criteria. The record binds the agreement version, submission, criteria decisions, material references, actor and authority information, time and displayed statement versions. The operator, Human Judgment Technology Services Limited, signs its record; this is not a claim that each participant used a personal signing certificate. Signature verification checks the recorded integrity and signer, not the truth of every external assertion.\n\nYour decision may have consequences under your actual contract and applicable law. Prooftask does not automatically release payment, transfer intellectual property, waive claims, establish fulfillment of every obligation, or make a decision irreversible in law. Do not confirm simply to advance the interface. If you notice an error or concern later, record it through the applicable concern or revision process and notify the other party; the earlier event remains part of the history.\n\n5. Payment review and current status\nSelecting payment review records a proposed next step in the buyer's existing process. It is not an instruction to a bank, an invoice approval, a money transfer, or proof that any amount is due or paid. An eligible record still needs its historically confirmed terms, appropriate authority, relevant commercial documents and current status before it can support that review. A new issuer or terms configuration cannot retroactively qualify an older decision that lacked those conditions. TEST and DEMO records are not eligible.\n\nLater concerns, withdrawal, expired status or unavailable status can prevent current reliance even when the historical signature remains valid. Refresh the status before a new decision and inspect the relevant history. An offline copy does not prove current status; keep payment and dispute decisions within the parties' authorized processes.\n\n6. Keep the evidence and respect sharing\nKeep the original files, the actual contract, exported signed records and trusted public keys in your own agreed archive. Prooftask does not store the original custom-delivery files or guarantee permanent access. Check the project's confidentiality terms before sharing. Authorized recipients may save copies that cannot be recalled by revoking a link.\n\nReview the Privacy and saved records notice separately. Confirming this operation records the displayed service and operation texts; it is not blanket consent to unrelated personal-data use or marketing. If you disagree, lack access, or need clarification, stop before confirmation and use the relevant project action or contact support@prooftask.com. Do not send passwords, access tokens, private invitation links or complete project materials to support.","digest":"58bd14239efbe480b500ec6a14d872e3138477b73dd3c845e10c5e2b5a99c24b"}},"issuerDeclaration":{"schema":"prooftask.issuer-declaration/v1","reference":"urn:prooftask:issuer-declaration:hk:78126414","version":"2026-09-16.1","legalName":"Human Judgment Technology Services Limited","jurisdiction":"Hong Kong","registration":"78126414","contact":"RM11，13/F,Blk C,Wong King Ind.
